- Cash on Delivery (Standard shipping charges apply – Rs. 150/-)
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000/- or above (For Pakistan Only)
- Shipping will be processed within 2 working days upon orders received.
- Orders will be delivered by our authentic courier partner (Leopard Courier).
Returns & Refunds:
- If the delivered product is incorrect. (Not what you ordered.)
- If the delivered product is damaged or broken.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 2-3 working days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us or send an email at info@bmapharma.com.pk
and send your items to:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
