Cho-Arqa (Arq Chahar) is very effective for the whole digestive system. It strengthens the stomach and helps to relieve flatulence. It also helps to regularize bowel movement. Cho-Arqa is also refreshing for heart and brain.
DOSAGE: 2-4 tablespoonful, twice a day.
Adults: 1/4 to ½ cup, twice a day.
Or use as directed by the physician.
